Welcome to Leafcare Botanics. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Offered
Leafcare Botanics provides professional gardening and plant care services, including but not limited to:
• Indoor and outdoor plant maintenance visits
• Plant health assessment and care
• Pruning, shaping, and fertilization
• Pest control services
• Plant replacement (subject to terms)
• Watering system maintenance

2. Subscription and Service Plans
We offer flexible plans for your convenience:
• Yearly Plan: ₹15,000 for 12 monthly visits
• Six-Month Plan: ₹10,000 for 6 monthly visits
• One-time Visit: ₹199 per visit

3. Payment Terms
• All payments must be made in advance.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable unless we are unable to provide the service.
• Prices may change with 30 days’ notice.
• Late payments may result in temporary service suspension.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Rights:
• Subscriptions: Cancel with 30 days’ written notice via email.
• One-time services: Cancel up to 24 hours before scheduled visit.
• Emergency cancellations considered on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Eligibility:
• Full Refund: If we cannot provide the service.
• Partial Refund: For unused services if service standards are not met.
• No Refund: For services already rendered or customer-related cancellations.

Refund Process:
• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue.
• Written documentation and proof of payment required.
• Approved refunds processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds credited to the original payment method.

Subscription-Specific Terms:
• Yearly Plans: Partial refund for unused months after 6 months (minus 20% admin fee).
• Six-Month Plans: Partial refund for unused months after 3 months (minus 15% admin fee).
• One-time Services: Full refund if canceled 24+ hours in advance; 50% refund if canceled within 24 hours.

Force Majeure:
• Services may be suspended due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control. Refunds or service extensions will be provided case-by-case.

5. Service Guarantee
• Free replacement for up to 10 plants per location during subscription.
• Replacement only if plant death is due to our negligence.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of plant death.
• Does not cover damage from extreme weather, pets, or client interference.

6. Client Responsibilities
• Provide a safe and accessible environment for our team.
• Notify us of changes to access arrangements.
• Report any issues within 24 hours of service visit.
• Do not interfere with installed irrigation systems.

7. Limitation of Liability
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of business.

8. Privacy Policy
• We respect your privacy and handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Only necessary information is collected to deliver services.
