Refund policy
At Leafcare Botanics, we aim to provide healthy plants and professional gardening services. Please read our return and refund policy carefully.
1. Product Returns
• Returns accepted only for plants or products damaged due to our handling or delivery.
• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
• Plants must be returned in their original condition, including packaging where applicable.
• Customized or special-order plants are non-returnable unless damaged during delivery.
2. Service Refunds
• Refunds are considered if we fail to deliver the service as promised.
• Subscription cancellations require 30 days’ notice via email.
• One-time service cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit.
• Emergency cancellations are reviewed case-by-case.
3. Refund Eligibility
• Full Refund: If we cannot provide the product or service due to our inability.
• Partial Refund: For unused services if service standards are not met.
• No Refund: For services already rendered or cancellations due to customer circumstances.
4. Refund Process
• Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the issue.
• Written documentation and proof of purchase/payment are required.
• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
5. Service-Specific Terms
• Subscriptions: Partial refund for unused months (admin fees may apply; see Terms of Service).
• One-time services: Full refund if canceled 24+ hours in advance; 50% refund if canceled within 24 hours.
